Abstract
The researching results on the characteristics of dry matter accumulation and distribution for two varieties showed that dry matter accumulation in the growth of potato emerged S-shaped curve.The distribution of dry matter in leaves, stems, and tubers was different in various stages. The accumulation of dry matter in whole plant was basis for yield formation; High yield can be achieved by promoting reasonable distribution of dry matter through cultivation.
