Abstract
[Objective]The laws of the dry matter accumulation and distribution of Zhoudan 8 were studied.[Method]Dry matter weight of maize plant and various organs of Zhoudan 8 were determined in eight birth period.[Result]The plant dry matter weight presented a trend of S type curve,increased slowly in seedling stage,increased rapidly after jointing stage,increased slowly after milk stage.The dry matter accumulation of leaf,stem and root showed single-peak curve.The dry matter accumulation of grain has been increasing to mature.The order of dry matter transfer in different organs from big to small was stem,leaf and root.The order of transfer rate from big to small was root,leaf,stem.[Conclusion] The study provided theoretical basis for the high-yield cultivation of Zhoudan 8.
