Abstract
Objective To investigate the color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of carotid atheromatous plaque in the value of research.Methods The application of color Doppler ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of 128 cases of patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis examination of clinical data analysis.Results In 128 cases,carotid intima-media thickening in 22 cases,plaque of carotid artery in 101 cases,occlusion in 5 cases;Common carotid artery stenosis in 6 cases,internal carotid artery stenosis in 23 cases,external carotid artery stenosis in 13 cases;Carotid artery with mild stenosis in 28 cases,moderate stenosis in 10 cases,severe stenosis in 4 cases;Internal carotid artery flow resistance increased in 29 cases.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is economic,noninvasive,repetitive dynamic observation and other advantages,can accurately obtain the atherosclerotic plaque characteristics,size,location and morphology,for clinical prevention and treatment options and provides objective basis.
