Abstract
Objective:To detect the clinical effective of Hemoperfusion(HP)to severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP) Methods:46 patients with severe AOPP were diveded into HP group and non HP group randomly Being maintained on routine treatment,HP group were also treated with HP Through observing the four taryets as time from coma to sanity? incident rate of respiratory muscle paralys survival rate and mean days in hospital to evaluate the dinical efficacy of HP Results:The survival rate of HP group was 95 65%,much higher than that of nonHPgroup 69 57%(P0 05);non of the HP group oc curs respiratory muscle paralys ,while the group without HP all occur respiratory muscle paralys Conclusion:HP can eliminate the organophosphorus pesticide effectively,guard against respiratory muscle paralys,raise the survival rate The efficacy of AOPP treated with HP is significant
