Abstract

Jialuo ram was introduced to crossbreed Ganjia sheep,average birth weight of F1 generation was 4.05kg,average body weight gain was 132.55g/d from birth to 6 month old,which was significantly higher than Ganjia sheep(P0.01).Average weight gain of 3,6 and 18 month old sheep increased significantly(P0.01),body height,length,chest girth and cannon circumference were higher than Ganjia sheep,hybrid advantage was evident and economic benefit was notable.
