Abstract

Oula Tibetan sheep was used to improve Qiaoke sheep,Oula sheep×Qiaoke sheep breeding offspring F1 lamb, body weight of 18-month-age increased 9.06 kg and 3.77 kg,respectively, which improved 20.92% and 9.08% respectively comparing to control group.F1 generation body weight, body height, chest length and body length were significantly higher than control group(P0.01);female sheep body length was significantly higher than control group(P0.05).Slaughter experiment indicated that F1 generation 18-month-age male and female sheep live weight before slaughter was higher than Qiaoke sheep 8.94 kg and 6.00 kg for the same age, carcass weight were higher than Qiaoke sheep 4.88 kg and 3.27 kg for the same age,the difference was significant;dressing percentage was higher than control group for 1.43% and 1.10% respectively, the difference was not significant.
