Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of intratyonpanic Gentamycin injection for Meniere disease.Methods:Gentamycin 1 ml was injected into the middle ear in 26 cases,and the efficacy was observed.Results:In 26 cases,complete relief vertigo was maintained in 21 cases,reduced in 4 cases,unchanged in 1 cases .Conclusion:Intratympanic gentamycin for intractable Meniere disease is an effective method.It should be studied further.
