Abstract

With the faster development of science and technology,informatization has become the inevitable choice as enterprises adapt the change of the times. This paper, based on the Balanced Scorecard and fuzzy theory, attempts to demonstrate the characteristics of performance evaluation of enterprise informatization,propose the evaluation indexes system of performance of enterprise informatization, set up comprehensive fuzzy appraisal model. Combining qualitative analysis with quantitative research, it provides a new thought for performance evaluation of enterprise informatization.
