Abstract

Many factors should be considered when we evaluate the level and efficiency of the enterprise informatization.In order to conduct the aim of the enterprise informatization matching the aim of the business strategy and strengthen the managerial power of the enterprise informatization,the article constructs an evaluation index system for enterprise informatization on the basis of overall,systematic,balancing and practical principles of BSC.Then with an example,a comprehensive evaluation approach is employed to analyze the use of the index system.
