Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for Pre-evaluation in the Enterprise Informatization

Enterprise informatization is a complicated engineering.To insure the success of the informatization construction,enterprise needs to evaluate its ability of informatization before the informatization construction.Setting out from enterprise performance,this paper establishes a practical pre-evaluation index system for enterprise with the view of Balanced Scorecard,and with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and evaluates now-existing system as a whole.Finally,it analyzes the evaluation results,and finds out the bottleneck of enterprise management,and then provides scientific evidences for the success of the informatization construction.
