Abstract
The coarctation characteristic of capital of the real estate industry has determined that the real estate industry is a financial industry in fact.The development of the Chinese real estate market has shown,the real estate and financial circles are interdependent,supporting each other and common development in the past 20 years,the wave of the real estate market is closely related to the finance of the real estate and relevant policy change,Chinese real estate industry is problem of the finance of the real estate and imperfectly financial system in certain extent.So,it is very emphasis that,analyzing the financial current situation of the Chinese real estate and existing problem,proposing solving the countermeasure,we can realize the crux of real estate market deeply,expand enterprise's financing channel,dissolve the financial risks and facilitate the healthy development of real estate.
