The discussion on the development of real estate finance market

Abstract
This article analyzes the problems existing in recent real estate finance market,discusses the development trend of the real estate finance market,finally some measures are brought forward: to strengthen the administration of real estate credit system,to innovate the tools of mortgage loan,which change the real estate fund trust to be the real estate in trust in deed,to improve the financial system.At the same time,to build and develop the branch of the financial market and the personal credit system.Also,the stable house price,construction of cheap house and mature real estate system are very important.
