Abstract
Along with the development and popularization of network technique, the understanding of education pattern has greatly changed. Long-distance higher education has extensive applicational foreground in education reform and education modernization of the new century. The colleges should build education idea and education pattern which are fit for long-distance higher education and quicken long-distance higher education by setting up teaching matter and course system of long-distance higher education oriented.
