Abstract
The application of modern information technology in education not only has caused the deep reform in education field, but also brought about the birth of modern distance education. The teaching methods of modern distance education and traditional full-time education and their theoretical formative causes have a close relation in which the differences of educational personality exist, but they are mutually integrated and supplemented, which is inevitable to improve teaching quality, create instructional models and increase the beneficial results of running school.
