Abstract
Group learning is the core of construction of learning organization.There are some problems in the current team learning: team construction lagging seriously affected the overall results of the team learning.The fuzzy target of the group learning leads to the underpowered.Formalism causes a poor apology for team learning.Mechanism is not sound to make team learning unsustainable.Therefore,under the new situation advance team learning must strengthen the team building,foster and deepen the team spirit,strengthen the team learning awareness,promote the team learning concept,clear the team learning goals,integrate the group learning content,sound the team learning mechanism,and guarantee the team learning to be effective.
