Research into the Concepts,Forms and Model of Project Team Learning

Improvement of effectiveness of project team needs the joint efforts and learning of all team members and high-level project team learning can improve the alignment of the team.From the angle of system thinking,project team learning has to comprehensively exert various learning forms such as dialogue,discussion,action learning and what's more,it has to not only focus on three levels of learning: individual learning,team learning and organization learning,but also attach importance to the learning occurs within the learning system among different levels.The model of project team learning is the theoretical framework by which the project team can organize team members to learn effectively and the model should be able to promote the project team learning through methods beneficial for team learning so that the effectiveness of project team can be improved continuously.
