How to perfect financing environment of the medium and small business enterprise

Our government has paid more and more attention to the small and medium-sized enterprises and has issued a series of measures to support the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises. But nowadays the problem about the difficulties of raising money for the small and medium-sized enterprises is not be solved. Shortage of fund is still the primary factor to restrain the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country from developing further. The important reasons are as follows: first, we don't have suitable laws and policies about finance for small and medium-sized enterprises.Second,the credit assurance system of small and medium-sized enterprises and their own organization management systems are not yet perfect. The third and the last reason is that we are lack of corresponding financial social service system. It is urgent for our country to improve the financial environment for our small and medium-sized enterprises.
