Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises form an important part in national economy and social development in China.Small and medium-sized enterprises consist mostly of privately-owned business or individually-run enterprises.There exist some restricting factors in optimization the allocation of resources;upgrading of an industrial structure,self-development especially in cash turnover,adequate budget,and reasonable distribution,which can give occasion to bankruptcy of the enterprises.Therefore,the capital and financial management is crucial to small and medium-sized enterprises.
