The Shortage and Rebuilding of Rural Community Public Culture

At present,our country is in the period of social transformation,during this particular period,the Party Central Committee has presented a policy of constructing harmonious society and new country of socialism,and the construction of rural community public cultural space is its organic constituent part.However,as peasants,participation awareness of subjectivity is weak at present and peasants are in an atomic condition,making that while individual peasant′s or family′s cultural lives become more and more abundant in rural culture of our country,the lives of rural public culture is pinch,the space of peasants,public activities is limit.The actuality of cultural area of rural community,s growth degree is low,which can't satisfy the demand of peasants,public culture lives.This should arouse the recognition of the whole society to exert peasants,subjectivity effect fully,rebuild rural public cultural lives,and contribute strength to the construction of harmonious society.
