Peasants' Subjectivity Reveal Problems in the New Rural Community Construction

The construction of new rural communities is surging vigorously in China. Meanwhile,there are also some alarming phenomena in promoting the urban and rural integration process. We must recognize that the broad masses of peasants are the main body of the new rural community construction. In the diversified cooperation of the government,market and peasants,peasants should be the most elite force. There are some economic rights issues on the surface in the new rural community construction,which actually are peasants' issues of political rights and subjective status. The new rural community construction is closely related to villagers' autonomy. Peasants' main body status also depends on the effective operation of villagers' autonomy.
