Abstract
To investigate the effect of Naokangtai capsule on the ability of learning and memory in mice, passive avoidance reaction was observed by the methods of step down test, step through test and labyrinth test in mice with learning and memory disorder induced by administration of different chemical substances. Results showed that Naokangtai capsule could decrease the times of mistake in mice with learning disorder caused by scopolamine, promote memory in mice with space orientation disorder caused by pentobarbital sodium, antagonize memory consolidation disorder induced by sodium nitrite and memory reappearance disorder induced by ethanol. It is revealed that Naokangtai capsule may improve the ability of learning and memory by various actions.
