EFFECT OF NAOYIQING CAPSULE ON LEARNING AND MEMORY ABILITY IN DECLINED MEMORY MICE

Objective:To observe the effects of Naoyiqing capsule on learning and memory ability in declined memory mice.Method:The dysmnesia models of acquired learning induced by scopolamine,anisodine and pentobarbital sodium,reappearance disorder of memory by ethanol,stability disorder of memory by sodium nitrite and chloramphenicol were used.Result:Naoyiqing capsule could significantly decrease the error times and increase latent phase for model mice in learning tests.Conclusion:Naoiyiqing capsule possess obvious improvement effects on ability of learning and memory in dysmnesia mice.
