Abstract
Objective To observe the matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)and protease-2(MMP-2)expression and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer the relationship between gastric cancer invasion and metastasis aimed at early diagnosis and prognosis for new detection methods and therapeutic targets. Methods 50 gastric cancer and adjacent tissue samples after gastric cancer operation as research material, and the other 40 patients with normal gastric tissue samples as normal controls.A comparative analysis of 3 groups, different clinical and pathological features of gastric cancer between the MMP-1 and MMP-2 expression was hadden. Results Positive rate of MMP-1 and MMP-2 in gastric cancer and adjacent tissue were higher than normal gastric tissue(P0.05),that in gastric cancer tissue was higher than adjacent tissue(P0.05).In violation of different locus of gastric cancer tissues, the MMP-1 and MMP-2 positive expression rate was statistically significant. The positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis between the undifferentiated was no difference(P 0.05),MMP-2 expression was different(P0.01).Degree of differentiation of gastric cancer in different inter-organizational MMP-1 and MMP-2 positive was no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of tissue MMP-1 and MMP-2 expression between the clinicopathologic characteristics of gastric cancer has a certain relevance.
