Abstract
To set up rapid reaction mechanism of sudden environmental pollution accidents, provide scientific basis and rapid support for disposing work of pollution accidents, and minimize the loss caused by the accidents, the management, monitoring and disposing of sudden environmental pollution, as well as the decision support technology are researched. Main requirements, system design, main function and characteristics of emergency monitoring and disposing decision support system of sudden environmental pollution accidents in Zhenjiang are introduced. The implementation of the system gives decision support to environmental protection departments in disposing accidents, therefore the loss caused by accidents is effectively reduced.
