Abstract

With the rapidly development of Kezhou industrialization,sudden environmental pollution accidents are increasing.The construction of system of environmental pollution accidents monitoring is particularly important. In this paper,the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of the emergency monitoring system are put forward based on the current status of Kezhou environmental monitoring.
