Clinical study on chronic renal failure in treatment with Wenshenjiangzhuo capsule

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative efficiency on chronic renal failure at early and middle term in treatment with Wenshenjiangzhuo capsule(WSJZ) . Methods: Seventy - five cases were randomly divided into treatment groups(n = 40) and control group(n= 35). Both two groups were treated with conventionally therapeutic methods of western medicine. The control group was treated with Baoquanyangdianfen ( BQYD) . WSJZ was used in treatment group. The levels of serum creatinine (Scr) and blood Urea nitrogen (BUN), Hemoglobin (Hb) were observed in 75 cases before and after therapy. Results: After treatment, the levels of serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were obviously reduced( P 0. 05), level of Hemoglobin was significantly higher( P 0. 05 ) and there was significant difference compared with that in control group(P0.05) .Conclusion:①The treatment effect of WSJZ was certain in chronic renal failure at the early and middle term, ②The positive effect was shown by reducing serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN), treating renal anemia, the treatment effect of WSJZ is superior to BQYD.
