Influence ofHeidihuang Pill on Renal Index of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Abstract

Objective :To observe the influence of Heidihuang Pill on renal index of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods :160 cases were selected,using the prospective,randomized clinical trials and positive drug parallel contrast method.After the experiment,patients' serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)indicators were observed. Results :The blood level of Scr in experimental group was lower than that before treatment,and there was statistically significant difference(P0.05). The blood level of Ccr in the experimental group after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and there was highly statistically significant difference(P0.01). Blood levels of Scr and Ccr comparison was statistically significant(P0.05). After treatment,the two groups' effects on blood BUN and CO2-CP had no statistically significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion :Heidihuang Pill can reduce patients' Scr and Ccr,without any influence on BUN.
