Advances in the research of bioactive substances from marine microorganisms

Because of their special living conditions,marine microorganisms can often yield various bioactive substances with novel functions and structures.Therefore marine microorganisms,as the new sources of bioactive substances,have received people's great attention in recent years.The paper summarized the current development and utilization about bioactive substances on antitumor,antiangiocardiopathy,immunomodulator,antibiotic etc.as well as the relative studying methods,and showed the enormoous development prospects for the marine microorganisms.
