Abstract

Objective To understand nursing students’ requirement,to analyze problems and defects existing in clinical teaching and to improve teaching quality.Methods A self-designed assessment scale was applied to conduct staged feedback survey among 71 students.Results 98.2% of the students were satisfied with clinical teaching,while teaching awareness and skills were expected to be improved.Conclusion In general,students are satisfied with teaching quality.Teaching management is expected to be improved and related training should be offered for teachers.
