Abstract

Objective To study the early comprehensive stroke unit rehabilitation of acute stroke patients.Methods 120 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into control group 156 cases and study group 164 casesThe control group received conventional therapy,the study group on the basis of conventional drug therapy given early comprehensive stroke rehabilitation unit,observed the activities of daily living(ADL),analyzed of stroke unit rehabilitation within the integrated effect.Results The study group total effective rate was significantly higher(P0.01);1 month after treatment,the study group scores were significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion The early rehabilitation of stroke unit can improve the daily lives of patients,increase the strengthening of stroke treatment.
