Abstract
Objective To observe the rehabilitation stroke unit on the prognostic effect of stroke. Methods Among 216 stroke patients,106 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 110 cases of ischemic disease were randomly divided into two groups as the experimental group(n=108)and the control group(n=108).The experimental group was treated by pharmacological and stroke unit treatment. The control group was treated only by pharmacological treatment. Both groups were same in the medication type and dosage with 30d course of treatment. Results The cure and improvement rate of experiment group in speech, limb dysfunction and hand fineness was superior to that of control group. Conclusion Rehabilitation stroke unit was a good treatment. It can significantly improve quality of life in patients with stroke and was worthy to be promoted.
