Abstract
objective:To study the protective effect of DYJHGF on acute liver injury induced by D-Gal in mice.Methods:DYJHGF was administered by pouring it into stomachs of mice for seven days preventatively,and then,acute liver injury model was induced by D-Gal.24h later,ALT and AST activities were measured.Results:Different concentrations of the DYJHGF significantly decreased the activities of serum ALT and AST(P0.05 or P0.01),and lighten the extent of degeneration and necrosis.Conclusion:DYJHGF showed protective effects on acute liver injury induced by D-Gal in mice significantly.
