Abstract
Basing on current mode bandgap topology structure,a bandgap reference capable of operating at a low voltage down to 1V,which is implemented in 0.18μm CMOS process,is presented.Simulation result shows that the temperature coefficient is less than 10ppm/℃ over-20℃~80℃,and the power supply rejection ratio is larger than-64dB.The area of the chip is 53μm×44μm.
