Abstract
A CMOS bandgap reference circuit with 1.5 V supply voltage is described. The circuit is implemented using a standard 0. 5 μm digital CMOS process, which has a simple architecture and low power consumption, and achieves good stability of temperature and power supply. The simulation result shows that a power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 88 db and a temperature coefficient of 1. 9×10-5/℃ from - 40 ℃ to 140 ℃ can be obtained. Its total power consumption is about 37.627 5 μW.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
