Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing of central venous catheter drainage of pleural effusion. Methods 72 cases with large pleural effusion were selected as research object. The central venous catheter drainage combined with comprehensive nursing care treatment was given. Results 72 cases were succeeded in indwelling catheter,29 cases(40.28%) was complete relieved, the total effective rate was 91.67%. Conclusion The effect of central venous catheter drainage combined with comprehensive nursing measures in the treatment of large pleural effusion effect was definite, which can reduce hospitalization time and the economic burden, prolong the survival time of patients, improve the quality of life, and adverse reaction is less,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
