Abstract

Objective:To observe the curative effect and nursing of central venous catheter drainage for treating pleural effusion.Methods:166 patients of pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups.84 patients of the curative group were given for thoracic close drainage, but 82 patients of the contrast group were give drainage by traditional puncture. Results:The curative effect of the curative group was better than that of the contrast group(P0.05).Conclusion:Central venous catheter drainage in pleural effusion is simple and convenient with little wound and safety.
