Abstract
Objective To discusses the clinical observation and nursing experience of pleural effusion patients with central venous catheter drainage.Methods To successfully treat the 118 cases of pleural effusion patients in our hospital in April 2008~January 2009,we carried out psychological care,health education and trengthened the observation condition,catheter care.Results All these patients had a successful puncture.There was no pain in the drainage process and no infection,pleural bleeding,pneumothorax or other complications.Conclusion Effective care can improve the clinical effects of pleural effusion patients with central venous catheter drainage.
