Abstract
The procuratorial system occupies the important position in a country's law construction. In addition to their own internalization, the evolution and development of China's procuratorial system,to a certain extent, fuses and learns a lot from Soviet Union's socialist legal system and British-American continental law system.Due to the change of her socio-economic development and the advancement of rule of law,China's procuratorial system still has some obvious problems such as the lack of more careful and delicate legal supervision, the localization tendency of procuratorial power, and the lag of expenditure guarantee and integration construction.Aiming at these problems and considering China's current judicial status, the paper puts forward some reform measures and suggestions.
