On Rationality and Necessity of Role Settlement of Chinese Procuratorial Organ

The procuratorial organ of China is regarded as legal supervision department of the country.Under Chinese' system of constitution ,the procuratorial system is based on liening's legal supervision theory ,reasonable factors of foreign system of public prosecution and Chinese tradition of law and reality of society,which is fit for Chinese society,satisfies the demand of administering a country according to lawand the demand of development of the rule of practice and the world procuratorial system,and has necessity and reasonnableness.
