Research of emulsifying wax for paper

Sizing agents for paper are more paraffin and rosin,emulsifying wax can be used to reduce the amount of rosin.Emulsifying wax was prepared using the mixure of oxide wax and paraffin wax,by adding the emulsifying agent of binary match.The result shows that the amount of emulsifying agent is 7%(mass fraction) around,at the emulsifying temperature of 85 ℃,emulsifying time of 30 min,stirring speed of 800 r/min,emulsifying wax is relatively stable,good dispersibility and more suitable for sizing paper with wax.
