On the Legitimacy of Administrative Legislation

Abstract

Administrative Legislation is a very common phenomenon currently,and it is received the support of legal texts.Looking back the law history,wo can know that the origin of the Administrative Legislation is authorized by the Legislative assembly.So the legitimacy of the Administrative Legislation should be returned back Delegated legislation,while with the help by legislative control,procedure control and Judicial Review.Finally,to meet the needs of Pluralistic society,the Legislation bodies should diversify.
