Concept Interpretation of Administrative Legislation Power

We study administrative legislation on the premise that definition of the administrative legislation power is accurate and scientific.We should introduce administrative legislation,understand the connotation and the affiliatedfeature of administrative legislation power,and find the difference between delegated legislative power and reference legislation power.On this basis,We can determine what kind of administrative legislation system we need in contemporary China and allocate legislative power scientifically to improve the quality of legislation and prevent legislation for department interests and local protectionism,and thus advance Rule of Law.
