Abstract
The experiment of water-culture tobacco showed that after topping and spraying Put,the contents of Put and nicotine increased and the potassium content reduced in tobacco leaves. The Put content had positive correlation with nicotine content. Topping with spraying IAA and GA3 could decrease the contents of Put and nicotine, but increase the potassium content. Topping with spraying JA could increase the nicotine content, while it had less influence on Put content. And Put content in tobacco leaves with spraying ABA and 6-BA decreased.
