Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi. Method:66 cases in our hospital with ureteral stones were selected as research subjects,included 26 cases of upper ureteral stones,40 cases of middle and lower sections. The stone size was about 0.6-1.9cm. There were 14 cases of stones surrounding polyps. Both of 66 cases were used ureteroscopy through the urethra,bladder arrived stones department. The ureteroscopy was connected with holmium laser fiber for lithotripsy. Rubble power was set 15-30 W. Frequency was set 10- 20 Hz. The effectiveness and safety of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy was observed. Result:63 cases were disposable gravel success,with a total success rate of 95.45%,stone free rate of 98.48%. Conclusion:Ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi with advantage of minimally invasive,safe,effective,quick recovery,etc. It can be used as the preferred treatment method.It's worthy of clinical widely used.
