Abstract
In this paper,Sebastodes fuscescens was treated orally with SMZ via stomach tube at a single dose of 100mg/kg at 13℃.The concentration was determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).The concentration-time data were analyzed with DAS2.0.The results are as followed: The SMZ of muscle concentration-time data were best described by two-compartment model with no time lag.The distribution half-life(t1/2α) was 5.947h,and the elimination half-life(t1/2β) was 12.882h.The time of peak concentration(Tmax) was 8h,the maximum SMZ concentration(Cmax) was 40.88μg/g.After metabolism time of 71d,the concentration of SMZ in muscle was lower than the limit of 0.1mg/kg in organic fish product.
