Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of cinnamic acid(CINN) on proliferation and differentiation of NB 4 cells.Methods:The morphology and the proliferation rates of NB 4 cells were studied by microscope,CD 33,CD 11 antigens were analysed by flow cytometry.Results:Treated with cinnamic acid,NB 4 Cells exhibited a characteristics in cell differentiation,and their proliferation was significantly inhibited.After CINN treatment,the expression of CD 33 was decreased,but the expression of CD 11b was increased(P0 05).Conclusion:CINN could inhibite the proliferation of NB 4 cells,and had the inducing differentiation effect on NB 4 Cells.
