Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and the severity of coronary artery. Methods Forty patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP group),50 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP group) and 30 patients with acute myocardial farction(AMI group) were enrolled,60 healthy people were chosen as control group. The hs-CRP and cTnI,CK,CK-MB level of all enrolled person were detected. Results The hs-CRP level of control group,SAP group,UAP group and AMI group were(2.3±0.5)mg/L,(4.2±0.6)mg/L,(6.4±1.0)mg/L,(14.7±2.9)mg/L respectively. There was a significant rise tendency in those groups,AMI groupUAP groupSAP groupcontrol group.cTnI increased only in UAP and AMI group significantly.CK and CK-MB only increased in AMI group significantly. Conclusion hs-CRP level has a close relationship with the severity of coromnary artery.
