Abstract

Using client/server mode,taking Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the backstage database and using client application developed by PowerBuilder 9.0,a system of scientific research project management is designed.This system can tract entire scientific research project,standardiz and systematize project management,which ensure the success accomplishment of scientific research project.
