The Study and Development of the Management Information Systems in Scientific Research Project in Universities

Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of scientific research management in colleges and universities,this paper adopted ASP.NET,ADO.NET and SQL Server2005 database technology,developed a method based on B / S structure of scientific research project management system,the use of the system can apply and manage the scientific research project and track the cost,schedule,and functional characteristics.
