Take the development of scientific research management system of Fuzhou College of Foreign Studies and Trade as the background,discusses the design of university scientific research management system based on B /S,using ASP. net technology and SQL Server2005 as the backstage database,realizes the scientific research project application,project inspection,project completion,the information,copyright information,scientific research reward information,information query,project report print management,and other functions.
